August year-over-year sales are stronger versus July for six of the nine managers. Loyalty transactions range from 15% to 55% of all transactions. There’s minor pushback to switch from half-off bone-in wings to boneless buy-one get-one on Tuesday nights for six of seven managers. Most expect the cost savings to outweigh limited customer attrition, OTR said.
